If you received a 1099-R from simply taking a withdrawal from your retirement, and it is NOT related to Covid-19, Delete your 1099-R. Then add it back in and make sure to pay close attention to the follow-up questions that are asked after entering in the form information. You will get to a question with 4 Checkboxes. First checkbox will be referring to Covid-19. Do NOT check this box. Check the last box, None. Then continue.
