i just want to be able to efile my taxes. i always told TT people that i didnt take it out due to covid and since the beginning all they have told me is i need 8915e.
i know i am hit with the 10% penalty.
I am not sure where to go from here.... even if i mail my return- i dont know why i cant get thru online. this is the only thing different this year for me is the 1099R i received.
