You are correct that the taxes you paid on your Household Employee's income are reported as Estimated Tax Payments.

Report your payroll withholding taxes for your nanny on Schedule H.
You're required to file a Schedule H if you paid:
- Any one worker $2,200 or more during 2020
- Any one worker, regardless of payment amount, if you withheld income taxes for them
- Wages totaling $1,000 or more during any calendar quarter to all your household employees in the preceding two years
If you also pay state unemployment insurance taxes, Schedule H gives you credit for them by reducing the FUTA rate.
