TurboTax Live is the highest version of the online product to choose from. If she does not need that version and has not paid yet, she can downgrade to a lower-priced version by using the clear and start over feature. For more details, see here How do I remove TurboTax Live or Expert Services?

She can also see prices for each online version here https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/ and will see that as the listed price for that online version. 

However, if she does need a tax expert to help her with her return, she’ll need to use either the TurboTax Live or the Expert Services add-on for that help.
