As you know, we in the Community cannot see your private tax data. There is no easy-to-identify reason why this should happen, but, as SweetieJean said, I would expect the results from both companies to be the same, if the input were exactly the same.
If you had TurboTax Live where you could share your tax data with a TurboTax credentialed tax professional, the first thing they would do is print off a copy of your federal return from TurboTax and compare line by line with the the other company's return. I encourage you to do the same thing.
If you do find a specific difference, please came back to us and we will look at why this might be.
