Aarrggh! I corrected a typo I just made in that last comment above. I said you could preview the Form 1040 and Schedules 1-3 anytime for "fee." That was a typo, when I meant to type "for free." I have corrected it above, but you may have been emailed that long answer with that typo.
If you have any further problem with this, you'll likely need to phone Customer Support for assistance using the contact method I left above. It's unusual to have a situation where one is trying to "pay in advance" for a product for which there is not supposed to be any charge in the first place.
