What product are you using--Online TurboTax or the desktop software (CD/download?)
If you are using desktop product, then your product includes Forms View for reviewing all forms, schedules, and worksheets.
If you are using Online TurboTax, we can tell you how to preview your Form 1040 without paying in advance, but it will only be the Form 1040 and Schedules 1-3.
To have view/print privileges for all forms, schedules, and worksheets, we can tell you how to pay for your Online product in advance. Once paid, you can view/print at will as you prepare your return.
