I've been having the exact same issue and still can't get it resolved. Were you able to activate the software?
I purchased and returned 2 CDs. Before returning the last one, I was on the phone with TurboTax for 4 hours and they were not able to fix it. Their advice was to return the CD and purchase the download. Same issue with the download. Installs fine but activation screen does not come up, I've already tried everything that I saw you post and nothing.
