You can check within your TurboTax program.
Click Federal
Click Deductions & Credits
Scroll down to "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid" and click Show more
Scroll down to Income Taxes Paid and click Start or Revisit
Scroll down to 2019 Refund Applied to 2020
