I recommend a follow-up with the IRS. You should print and write Copy in bold print across the top of the return that you mail to them with a copy of the email or whatever evidence you have showing they accepted. Also, write an explanation and attach to this package. Be sure to explain that this is a copy of what was submitted electronically on xx/xx/2020. You don't want to cause interruption of processing of the original return if it is indeed being processed.
