Contacting customer support did not help me. I called twice - the first time I was on hold for over an hour and she said she would call back and never did. The second time I was on hold for almost 2 hours and she told me she was expecting a specialist to join the call. The specialist never joined the call and the original representative simply disconnected without so much as an apology or explanation. Turbo Tax is getting really bad - not just with customer service but with major bugs that it doesnt bother to fix. Beside the license code bug it has a major bug in calculating deduction for mortgage interest if you refinance a jumbo loan.
