I purchased a CD of Turbo Tax deluxe for 2018 but my CD read/write drive is not working. Is there a way I can download the deluxe version to my PC?

I purchased a cd of TurboTax Deluxe for 2018 but I cannot download it from the CD. Can I get a download online version?
