If you have information in the 2441, even if it is from last year, you will not be able to delete it.
To be sure there is no residual data go to:
- Deductions and Credits
- Child and Dependent Care Credit
- Not Child and Other Dependent Tax Credits
- Did you pay for child or dependent care in 2020?
- Say yes so you can check entries
- Continue through the interview and clear any entries.
