If you do have two W-2s from the same employer and the income in Box 1 is included on both for the entire year, this could be doubling your income. If this is the case enter only one W-2 manually  for this employer.

 

In Box 12, combine the entries if they are the same code to make one entry. If there are different codes then add each one in Box 12.

 

For the state wage and withholding section be sure to add each state where you worked using the appropriate wages earned for each state based on the time period of residency.  Also enter the correct withholdings for each state if applicable.

 

Delete the second W-2 to eliminate double income amounts.  Match your final pay stub in December with the W-2 for accuracy on the total income for the year.
