You realize that this affects mostly Hispanics, African Americans and those from foreign origin. This is exactly what unconscious bias is. Not thinking beyond your own group of origin. Sure, let all of those file a paper-based return.
Turbotax accepts my name correctly in the name field, but when I have to sign, it does not accept it. I am not sure this is totally the IRS' doing.
