Get your taxes done using TurboTax

TurboTax Support are leading me to believe they are working on the problem and expect a solutions shortly.  I have no idea to what extend this is true.  Here is what I am being told:  

"Hey there, thank you for reaching out to TurboTax! We do not have a direct timeline, but we will email once this issue is resolved. I apologize for any inconvenience. - Kayla

I believe that it will be resolved before then. I would suggest reaching back out to us in a couple of days or so if you do not receive an email with a resolution. - Kayla    Sat 5:28 PM"  The reference to Saturday ---is March 6th.
