I need help with the change of my status this year

I am international student on F1 visa. I have been filing my taxes as nonresident alien since 2015 using resources the university provides for international scholars. I realized that now I became resident alien. I wanted to know if I will be able to file taxes through turbotax. I am worried I would make mistakes as this the first time. I have W-2 and 1042-S (a big part of my stipend is through fellowships from which federal and state taxes were withheld). Can I use turbotax? in addition, do I need to file 8843 form as a resident alien. I used to file 1040-NR and 8843 before. my last question, when I was filling taxes I was asked about tax treaty (I am from Egypt). this exempts first 300$ I think but I do get exemption in retrospect as part of tax return fund. I need to be educated on how to enter that on turbotax.

I know I have so many questions, but literally I am freaking out and confused and cannot know what is the right way to file taxes without mistakes.

I appreciate any response to help me
