You have 2 options.
You can wait until you receive clarification from the IRS on the second stimulus payment before filing your tax return and adjust your input accordingly.
Your other option is to file your return as it is prepared now assuming you did not receive the second stimulus payment, and the Recovery Rebate Credit is correct as currently calculated on your tax return.
The IRS will adjust your tax return should they determine you receive both stimulus payments and notify you of the changes if any.
