From what I can find the issue is on the IRS end for the import. Since you used TruboTax to figure out your taxes and you can mail it in, I doubt you can get a refund unless you were charged separately for e-filing. Hopefully IRS will fix the problem on their end. otherwise it will be printed and mailed.
