My 2019 tax return was rejected because of my parents incorrectly claiming me as a dependent. They have since fixed it. How do I send my 2019 return into the mail?

I filed through TurboTax and it was rejected. My dad has since received notice that his return was amended. I could no longer file online since the deadline passed. How do I know file this return? Can I print out the rejected return from Turbo Tax and just send it in the mail?
