I received a 2020 w-2 from Matrix payroll services for 59594.47 however I repaid 32296.00 from a 2019 overpayment. Matrix does not send corrected w-2's. Can I reduced the 2020 w-2 by the overpayment and still e-file or do I have to mail my taxes with a letter of explanation?
