Yes! I filed electronically with Turbo Tax on 3/3/2020. It was accepted. I have electronic verification and the text the IRS sent me. AND the IRS removed the owed money from my bank account as directed on the date I directed them to in my return.
Went thru IRS phone tree, long wait (about an hour) and when I was “being directed to a representative” THEY HUNG UP!
