I had the same problem. I resubmitted three times over the week, and finally last night, Thursday March 5, both my federal and state taxes were accepted. I wish I'd have checked here first as I was really stressed out about this, and made an appointment to see a CPA, which I will now cancel. It was a lot of money and aggravation thanks to Turbotax.
