Thanks. I have also provided the IP PIN on my return. I was able to speak to a live person in IRS and the lady was able to help me get my IP PIN. She also confirmed that there are no notes or anything that indicates my taxes have been compromised.
My Turbotax return asks if I am victim of Identity Theft to which I replied YES and NONE to the question whether I couldn't file the Affidavit or if a conservator has filed it for me. Should I check the latter even if I was the one who completed the Affidavit myself?
What are the chances IRS will see that an Identity Theft Affidavit has already been filed on my behalf? Or are you saying that I should file it again with my return? Won't that make it repetitive?
