I filed my taxes. I owe CA and they debited my bank. My federal refund also deducted what I owe state because i used that option. What do I do?

I filed my taxes. I owe CA and they debited my bank. My federal refund also deducted what I owe state because i used that option. What do I do?
Basically, CA took their money but it's also being deducted from my federal refund. What do I do?
