No. It would not be on your return. The 8615 is to report income of certain children. It may be that you do not need to file a return, instead, it could go on your parent's return on the 8615 - IF they were claiming you.

 

For children under age 18 and certain older children, unearned income over $2,200 is taxed at the parent's rate if the parent's rate is higher than the child's. If the child's unearned income is more than $2,200, use Form 8615 to figure the child's tax. from Instructions for Form 8615, Tax for Certain Children Who Have Unearned Income

 

If you should be filing your own return, you can delete the 8615, See How to Delete
