Keep the 1095-B and 1095-C with your tax records; these do not get entered into TurboTax. Only 1095-A forms get entered to calculate the Premium Tax Credit. If you accidentally started entering a 1095-A form into TurboTax, you will need to return to that section and delete that 1095-A to remove any errors it is causing. @Andrahurd1
Here's how to enter (or delete) your 1095-A in TurboTax:
- Open (continue) your return if you don't already have it open.
- Search for aca and select the Jump to aca link at the top of the search results.
- Answer Yes on the Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan? screen and Continue.
- Use the trash can icon or delete button to remove the 1095-A form that was started.
