My California return has been rejected - most recently on March 2nd. Reason for the rejection is "missing information on Form 3849". How can I resolve this?

Bug in Turbo Tax was to be resolved on 2/26/21.  Rejected return on March 1st and March 2nd.  Update to software should have happened by the last submission.
