I started off with TurboTax Full Service, and was contacted by an agent who took my information. But I haven't heard from them in over two weeks, despite a few follow up messages. At this point, I'd like to switch back to Self Service, since I need to get my taxes filed and this is taking much longer than expected and the agent has been totally unresponsive. How can I do this?
