Same issue here. "You may not have entered information correctly". Accepted on the 12th and E filed. Called IRS and they have no record of even receiving my return. It's frustrating because both entities here, Turbo Tax and the IRS will point fingers at eachother and we're left without our money. I paid 90$ to have my taxes filed and I paid out of pocket, I didn't use the feature to have it taken from my refund.
Someone at Turbo Tax needs to contact the IRS and ask them why this is happening to so many of their customers. There is a breakdown somewhere.
