Get your taxes done using TurboTax

On your main page, click on the tab at the top that says "Business", then see just below that "Business Income and Expenses". Click on "Start" or "Review All" - whichever you are seeing that is the very top icon to click on under the "Business Income and Expenses" section. Once you are into there, follow it to the end and "trash" the entered item that is not flowing properly and hence asking you for information that you do not have. Once you've gotten rid of that one, go back to the main page "Business" and click on "Start" under "Business Income and Expenses". Enter the information as it should be and continue to proceed until you get to the page that is titled "Enter Employer ID Number, If Any". Select "No", if you do not have your own EIN, and continue to proceed through the steps answering accordingly until you get to the screen that is titled "Your Work Business". Now, on this page, you will see an option to enter income received NOT on a 1099. Under "Business Income" it states "1099-MISC & 1099-K, gross receipts, sales" - to the far right, click on "Start". Now, the title of the page will again be "Business Income", and if you look down a few lines, there is a selection for "General Income, Including income reported on Forms 1099-K" - click on the "Start" Icon. Now you will enter a description for this income item and also enter the amount. This will include the income on your Schedule C, but will not prompt for an employer ID #. It will, however, ask you at the end review stage to enter information for your SE option of deferral, but I am assuming you already knew that.
