Unfortunately, none of the steps i've found browsing forum have worked for me, maybe because I actually qualify for the free IRS version (but find it much more confusing than regular free so prefer to use regular version). I'll be moving on to H&R Block because the hassle is just not worth it.
Turbotax NEED to put a disclaimer about this when having people sign up for the IRS tax free version. This is just ridiculous.
