I ended up using the original link and sent my email to the CEO however I also used the revised email address as well. I figured it can't hurt.
I think I may have came off a little rambling and definitely angry. But hey, I'm angry!
The bottom line is Turbo Tax has all the info they need to know that I qualify for the IRS Free File program yet they completely failed to inform me of that. And for years...
I just wish more people were aware of this! They've quite literally scammed millions if not dare I say billions? Wow.
