My state return keeps getting rejected (CA) and I see this message as description: Form 3853, Health Coverage Exemptions and Individual Shared Responsibility Penalty contains missing or invalid data. and for what needs to be done it says "There is an issue with this topic in the product. This issue is being resolved in a product release scheduled for February 26, 2021. Please update your software on or after 02/26/2021 (for web products this will happen automatically), run a final review of your state return, make the appropriate change (if any) and re-submit this return electronically. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
