Different browser? You can only file an amended 2018 tax return using TurboTax for 2018 installed on your own computer. You can’t file it with TurboTax online. If you are using TurboTax 2018 installed on your own computer, you can’t E-file an amended return. It must be printed and mailed to the IRS.
