Specifically, I received the following errors:
Federal:
IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.
State (Alabama):
REJ001 - This state return was rejected because the federal taxing authority has not yet accepted or has rejected the federal return.
I filed my 2019 taxes through TurboTax last year and received a return; however, my AGI is not available on TurboTax. So my next step was to download my 1040 from 2019 on TurboTax and check line 8b, which was blank.
I'm ready to just give up and mail my 2020 return in, but I'm giving e-filing one more shot because it seems easier.
