Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Verification email is not being received - AND your email is listed correctly
01) log into your tax return
02) bottom left you should see: "Intuit Account"
03) Temporarily change the email address listed - click on "Sign in & Security"
04) click the " > " to the right of your Email Address
05) change your email address to anything & enter a 2nd time to confirm then hit "Save"
06) now we are going to correct it back - click the " > " to the right of your Email Address
07) Enter your correct email address back & enter a 2nd time to confirm then hit "Save"
08) click the blue words " Verify email" and check your email for the verification email and follow it's instructions (may be in your junk or spam folder)
To Get back to your tax return
01) you will notice that your browser had opened a second tab or window (depending on your settings). Just click on the one that says "TurboTax..."
