Has anyone else received a reject code similar to f2441-012-03 and turbo tax will not let you fix it when you sign on?

Its informing me that Line 11, Credit for chhild and dependent care expenses, is incorrect but it wont let me fix it. Is there a change that is coming that is causing this to occur?
