I spent over an hour on the phone today with TurboTax about this issue, but wasn't able to resolve it, and I'm even sure that either of the agents I talked to recognized this as a software bug. I'm not what to do, other than try again after March 5.
And unfortunately, it looks like there is no satisfaction guarantee for the Online product:
