FINISHED my Federal and State return. Tried to pay to e-file the State return. Software would NOT let me . Tried over and over. Then I was told to call Turbo Tax directly on their 800 line. Had to wait on hold for quite a while. When someone finally answered the line went dead and I was put on hold again. When someone finally answered for the SECOND time I told him my problem. He said that it was probably because I had purchased the product (TurboTax Premier) from a big box club, like Costco.
This was distressing! The product should be the product, why would it matter where I purchased it.
Anyone else have this problem?
Should be fixed immediately if not sooner! 😵
