Did you buy the CD/download software? Then, no, you don't have to pay again.
You can run an infinite number of tax returns with that software; HOWEVER, you must save each taxpayer's tax information in a different file (i.e. with a unique name), or else you will destroy data that you have already entered.
And if you have the current year CD/download software (you don't but in case you do in the future), you e-file up to 5 returns with this software.
