Get your taxes done using TurboTax

The link you that was sent listing numerous forms and schedules indicate that Schedule K-1 Estates and Trusts are available.  I was able to enter my K-1 information in the income section of my Federal 1040.  However, is is now 10 PM EST and when I run the review, I am still getting the same error that the schedule is still not available.  I ran the update and the current version of TurboTax is up to date and no further updates are available.  

 

I have been waiting for a week and this problem has not been resolved.  I am a long time user of TurboTax and have never run into a situation quite like this.  Is there a way I can talk to someone online or telephone to get assistance.  I'd really like to get my refund sooner than later.
