You can't change the due dates printed on the vouchers. The due dates are specified by the IRS. For Tax Year 2019 the dates are:
- April 15, 2019
- June 17, 2019
- September 16, 2019
- January 15, 2020
You can mail them whenever you want. Just realize penalties/interest may apply for late payments.
