Purchased a boxed copy from retail store in January 2021 for Tax Year 2020. Premier edition of TurboTax. The website offers zero support for purchasers, so I am confused. I do not do taxes online, they seem only interested in online customers. Is there a separate website for people that purchase installed CD boxed copies ?
