The balance sheet in TurboTax is somewhat of a hybrid; certain components are calculated and entered by inputs in the program and other components need to be manually entered.
Frankly, if you need to prepare a balance sheet but are not familiar with accounting for pass-through business entities, you should seek guidance, and probably return preparation, from a tax professional.
