Hi
I was with support for 1:12 mins and they could not help me.
They suggested coming back here for help
The issue is not a CPA issue.
1. The agent insisted that I should have a Share Screen option. I am using the Business download version. It is not online. There is no option to share my screen
2. My problem is the software is forcing a setting that I did not selected anywhere in the flow.
I was never asked if I wanted to print K1s or not. I clearly do.
But during the review the screen shows a worksheet that shows an option selected for the K1's not to be printed.
I am unable to change that checkbox in the iframe screen.
Where is it coming from and how I can change it?
This happened after I installed the estate part.
