The "Blue Bar" goes across the top of your screen: on the left side it says "Intuit Turbo Tax--Premier, in the middle of the Blue Bar is your "Federal Refund / Tax Due Box" and on the left are three Icons with lables: Forms, Flags, & Notifications. Hope this helps....
