If you are not using a desktop version of TurboTax, you are likely going to have a problem getting the figure from Line 11A entered correctly.
The entry generally needs to be done in Forms Mode which is not supported by the online versions of TurboTax.
If you are using a desktop version, enter Forms Mode, open your Form 1040/1040SR Worksheet, scroll down to the Other Adjustments to Income Smart Worksheet and enter the information on Line H.
