Online:
The Review can be found in two places.
If you are in a State interview, the "State Review" can be found on the upper right under the magnifying glass. Note that this may do the Review only for the current state.
At any time, you can look to the left and see Review. Click on this to do your Final Review, although TurboTax may tell you to do your state review first.
CD/desktop:
When you finish a state interview, TurboTax will ask you if you want to run your state review. It will ask you this every time, just in case you changed something.
For the Federal Review, look at the top menu bar for Review.
