No clue what's going on. I have never had an issue with e filing until now. Got an email from turbo tax saying the following: NY_ Itemized - We've identified a potential issue in your New York return due to an error in our software.
So I logged back in to go over things and it says everything is fine, but when I go to resubmit e-file I get the follow:
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e file one or more form sets.
Tried online help and even got a call back and neither could help me, just say to keep trying to resubmit
